A Revolutionary Model
We work on a revolutionary model that protects the interests and needs of both businesses and their houseless neighbors, creating proactive long-term solutions that work towards a city that is safe and prosperous for all. Our Care and Safety Teams have been successfully operating on this model in the Central Eastside Industrial District (CEID) since 2019, After over 70% of CEID ratepayers voted in favor of these services following a 2018 pilot.
Outreach and Connection
Our teams collaborate amongst themselves and with a network of nonprofit and safety net organizations to advocate for houseless community connections to resources.
Long-Term Solutions
To address core issues at hand, we provide long-term solutions and a wraparound service approach, supported by our data-driven and outcomes-based model. Our proprietary reporting software promotes communication within our team and consistency for those we serve, ensuring we can document interactions and follow-up on requests as appropriate.
